On May 7, 2025, the company was officially acquired by Takemi Kouzai Co., Ltd., based in Hiroshima, Japan \u2014 a trusted manufacturer and supplier of iron and steel products, including components for shipbuilding, industrial machinery, and construction.<\/p>\n

This acquisition marks a significant milestone in the company\u2019s growth, aligning its direction with TakemiKouzai\u2019s commitment to innovation, precision manufacturing, and global excellence.<\/p>\n
